Podcasts About Remote Teams

Everyone's distributed/remote/dispersed in these days of COVID-19. Mark Kilby and I have had the pleasure of being guest on a couple of podcasts that released this week:

We spoke with Shane Hastie at Agile 2019. Here is the podcast: Johanna Rothman & Mark Kilby on Their Book From Chaos to Successful Distributed Agile Teams.

We recorded Remote Project Management and Distributed Agile Teams with Cesar Abeid a few months ago. Cesar added a few personal notes about how we might think about COVID-19 before the recording.

And, just last week,  we had a great time with Vasco Duarte on the Scrum Master Toolbox podcast. We did a “Super Special live Q&A.” (Vasco publishes audio fast!)

The podcast with Vasco focuses on how to go rapidly remote. If you need more information, see Mark's and my Rapidly-Remote self-study class.

The podcast with Vasco prompted my post This Is Not and Cannot Be “Business as Usual.”

(See From Chaos to Successful Distributed Agile Teams for the principles, etc. I'll collect all of my newly-remote tips and newsletters in a future post.)

Thank you to Shane, Cesar, and especially to Vasco for fun and useful conversations!
