She has taught over 7,000 product people discovery skills through the Product Talk Academy.
Teresa last spoke at BoS Conf in 2019 when she gave us Shifting From Managing By Outputs To Managing By Outcomes which looked at what do we do if we make all the output decisions (e.g. what to build, what programs to roll out, how a process should work) instead of telling our teams what to do.
