Hello everyone!

We hope you had a strong start to the quarter. Our team has been busy working on various initiatives to further unlock product analytics for your data warehouse. In April, Indicative is proud to announce a new analysis tool, new ways to share team announcements, and dashboard visualization improvements. Check out what’s new:

🚀 Customer Journeys

Indicative is very happy to announce a brand new type of analysis: Customer Journeys! Use our Journeys tool to answer questions like, what are your most common user paths? Where do users drop off? What do users do after starting a trial? With Journeys, you’re able to see a holistic visualization of all customer paths from a starting event. For more information on Journeys, as well as additions we plan to make this quarter, check out our blog post.

🔊 Customer Announcements

Project admins are now able to post project-wide announcements on the My Hub page. You can use this feature to seamlessly direct teammates to new dashboards and announce data model changes for everyone to see. Best of all – the widget is highly flexible, so you can customize your announcement however you like. Learn More.

🌈 Chart Color Standardization

At the end of the day, your team is using Indicative because we’re the best at visualizing your product data. That doesn’t mean we’re stopping now! We’ve added a toggle to Dashboard Settings called “Color Matching”. If you turn this setting on, all identical series on your dashboard will be the same color! Read about it!

We also released some smaller bug fixes and improvement, including:

  • Check out the latest status of our infrastructure by clicking on Status in the Support menu
  • Scrollbars are standardized throughout Indicative

Try out these exciting new features by exploring our Public Demo or logging into your account today! As you know, we love customer feedback. You can help us improve our tools by sharing your thoughts here or by contacting us using the Get Help button in the lower right corner of your browser.

Thank you and happy analyzing!
