You have a great network if your stakeholders know
- you by name and face.
- what you are working on.
- the status and progress on everything that you’re working on.
Why is a networking and visibility important for a product manager
Product managers with high visibility:
- form deep and lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- drive alignment quickly and (relatively) easily.
- get required feedback and input from all stakeholders.
- get the deserved credit and recognition, when applicable.
