As the data warehouse (or lake) is increasingly becoming the center of data-led organizations, the case for behavioral data continues to grow. Behavioral data is a high-fidelity, machine-readable record of how your customers interact with your product or service.

The best approach to understanding how your customer interacts with your product or services is by having the right tools in place to collect, model, and analyze that data. Once the behavioral data is in the data warehouse, it can be used to solve a range of use cases, including product analytics.

In this webinar Indicative Co-Founder and CEO, Jeremy Levy will sit down with Alex Dean, Co-Founder, and CEO of Snowplow, to discuss what this means for data teams.

This webinar will cover:

  • Best practice when it comes to collecting and managing behavioral data
  • How to deliver on quality behavioral data and the importance of first-party data collection
  • The opportunities and challenges when evolving your data stack
