Unfortunately, in 2001 as the dot-com boom went bust, Fujitsu, for the first time in the company’s history, lost money. Put another way: Your personal brand is more important than ever. And if you are the product, why not manage your personal brand like a product? I thought I’d be there for 35 or 40 years.
