You forget that your dataset also includes December and Christmas holidays that skew your data due to unusual user activity and behaviour. The other side of people understanding how the model works is that they will try to game the system.

In a company’s early days as a lean, mean, business machine, it’s fairly easy for leadership to stay in sync with their users. Move away from this concept and toward the idea of a flywheel instead: feeding energy back into the system instead of success rates diminishing over time. Speak the customer’s language.

In 2006 or 2007, a little too late, I moved to WordPress. Not because I didn't have comments, but because at the time , we needed a separate commenting system. The person I hired could not export the comments from the other system and integrate them into WordPress. However, I now have a system to use to assess my technology.
