A comprehensive list of resources about behavioral design updated 2020 edition
Hi, I am Polina, a product manager at wellio — a human-powered and AI-assisted platform for meal planning. Maybe after reading several bestselling books about behavioral design like “Hooked” or “Nudge” you feel a little bit like me: having a strong urge to start applying new knowledge for your product and a very big question “Where should I start?”.
Over the past several months, I found myself investing more and more time learning about behavioral design, a human brain, psychology, and gamification. I have already devoted long hours thoroughly researching and curating the list of great resources. This incredible new knowledge is very empowering so that I decided to make this list public and accessible to everybody who is working on building truly habit-forming products.
I’ve started this list of helpful resources, which I am constantly updating.
