What makes a good product manager resume?

As I’ve covered in previous posts, hiring product managers is challenging due to the wide ranging skillsets and backgrounds that PMs have.
The reverse of this is that it’s also challenging for a PM to ensure that their resume stands out to the hiring manager.
In the last PM role I recruited, I had over 200 applicants, of which 90% had the job title “Product Manager”. If I spent 5 minutes on each resume then I’m looking at spending 16 hours just reading, so I need a quick way to scan through CVs to find what I need.
