Note: if you are in B2C or working in a product-led growth model, you might not have the human signals but rather data signals (you will see some people moving faster than others and have higher adoption or engagement with your product). My dad had a consultancy, so I started to get acquainted with Quality Assurance from a young age. On B2C you need to use a “bazooka” : bring in a lot of customers and make sure that you keep them in.

Many of underlying B2C assumptions don’t work for B2B: The buyer is the user. These often come from visible, credible consumer tech companies with household names and high transaction volumes. But I find they don’t map well to enterprise companies. Buying decisions are made quickly based on a few messages or touches.
