For me, effective mobile app onboarding is the difference between new users looking around our app and disappearing right after, or understanding our app value and becoming engaged users. This is crucial as data reveals that the average mobile app loses 77% of users within its first 3 days, and about 90% within the first 30. Such is the cruel world of mobile app management.
