An opportunity arises that requires deviation, but would truly delight your customers or solve a critical problem in your business. In a deadline-driven organization, it can take courage to say “Yes” and rearrange your roadmap to accommodate these audacious ideas, but some ideas are worth deviating from your roadmap for.
