When the pandemic hit Hungary in the Autumn of 2019, both companies and employees had to adapt quickly. Like with most jobs, for us – UX Researchers – this meant moving our daily communication online, including research, creative processes, and communication. It also meant relearning how to establish trust and credibility with clients and rethinking daily tasks to suit the limitations and opportunities of working remotely.
