Usually organizations focused on business outcomes to keep the organization growing to survive in the industry. of course, its necessary to keep track this way sometimes it may leads to short term success to them instead of focusing their product goals.

There are few continuous process can be lead to the success in their product as well as business goals.

Building the right products for the right people:

Building features is easy, building the right features for the right people is challenging. It empowers to make the right decisions and is the foundation of building successful products users want and it leads to reasonably increases the organization’s growth of revenues.

“It’s not the customer’s job to know what they want“ — Steve Jobs

Consistency:

Providing consistent user experience across different modules of the products can boost the usability. Maintaining product consistency will not only reduce the learning effort for users to navigate within the application, but also benefit the whole product development cycles, from designs, engineering, to QA testing and documentations.

“Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come” — Someone

Support:

The product support is to ensure the customers obtain the most value from use of a product after the delivery by providing the minor fixes and updates which increases the stability and reliability. Its also one the smart marketing but most of the organizations didn't focus on their existing products. It will periodically reduces the organization’s credibility as well as the profits they expected.

“There is only one boss. The customer―and he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.”―Sam Walton

Vision:

The vision of every organization is vary based on their products and services provided. Whatever they focused on their track of existing product or their upcoming products, there are few considerable things out there to maintain stability and make confidentiality among their customers.

“Vision without execution is hallucination.” — Thomas Edison

Product Naming Terms (Naming products):

There are few tech giants and product manufacturers lose their credibility in the market due to lack of their product naming terms even their technology
were even strong and powerful. As you can see the most of the successful organizations focused on their fewer products that currently in the market to maintain their credibility and this can leads to avoid dilemma among the consumers. Here is the good example of a tech giant loses their smartphone industry segment

So focusing on their exiting product and providing reliable support to their existing customers is their asset and also I mentioned above is the smartest way of marketing for the way to get new customers as well and it drives into the profitable way.

The best example in this way is Apple. They crafts each and every features into superior way leads the user experience great to use.

Investing:

“Risk comes from not knowing what you are doing” — warren Buffet.

The stakeholders sometimes decides and leaves current market to unrelated leads to unnecessary risks by investing the capital to new segments even it pushes down due to the lack of experience on the new segments. The stakeholders should evaluate the trade chart patterns and market trends before investing into specific products. Of course its the needed strategy to expand the existing to newer services to make their yearly graph higher. But it leads the organization to heavier risks and loses the brand consistency among consumers.

There are a lot of products in the market out there but few of them are successful in product outcomes, results the organization’s leadership attained
to keep the organization growing.
