More than three decades ago, becoming an entrepreneur was not for everyone. It required a great deal of investment, the need to move out of the comfort zone, and a workforce. Fast forward to 2020 — a person in sweatpants with nocturnal working patterns binge-watching Netflix during the day can become an entrepreneur too.

Most of this has been possible because of the dotcom bubble and the ease of doing magic in your work from the comfort of your house. With very fewer peer interactions, these humble entrepreneurs are able to master the must-haves of their businesses like social media management, website development, and finance with powerful tools and resources.

As the founder and manager of a personal brand myself, I can’t emphasize the need for these tools enough. Whether you are a freelancer, a home-bird entrepreneur, an enterprise, or a budding start-up, the need for a strong social media presence is inevitable, for obvious reasons.

This article is a review of a newbie platform, Ubercircle. I came across this tool when I was doing my research to switch to a better social media management platform.

What’s Ubercircle 2.0? Is it here to give popular social media platforms a run for their money?

Ubercircle is a platform that makes social media management hassle-free, fun, and a less cumbersome process. With a quick sign up and set-up that takes no more than five minutes, you can begin your social media post planning and scheduling on Ubercircle.

There are a lot of popular social media management tools out there, and to be honest, I have tried at least the top five best ones. If not all, but most of these tools were clunky with heavy modules, prone to bugs, and getting pricey every passing year.

After trying these tools and becoming tired of not being able to find my sweet spot with “the one”, I came across Ubercircle. This brand is still at a budding stage, but I was literally walking on air during my experience with their 14-day free trial period.

Here’s why Ubercircle stands out of the crowd

The best products are those that make the users feel acquainted with the process right from the moment of signing up. A social media management tool is generally easy to play around and adapt. But, during the process of exploring the platform, users feel stuck and yearn for a hand-holding.

SaaS marketers are pros in thinking way ahead of the anticipated difficulties while using a product and making support collateral handy for the user. Another typical example would be the support teams that help users navigate through difficulties.

Ubercircle was not only easy to use and intuitive, but also the support team was proactive throughout the trial period. Their 1–1 customer support will help you explore every nook and corner of that makes you

Here are some nuggets from my analysis and experience of Ubercircle.

A cakewalk experience for a fresh user — My user onboarding experience with Ubercircle.

It is quite common to feel blindfolded when you sign up for a product or service. But, with Ubercircle, the journey was seamless and not overwhelming, at all. With a day-to-day personalized email, I was able to understand the product every bit and tap into the features that were left unexplored.

Also, the product tours, chat-bot, and support materials came in very handy.

Lip-smacking features in Ubercircle

As a product marketer who has spent a lot of time poking my curious nose into how various SaaS products onboard their users, the intuitiveness of their UI, and the assertiveness of the support, and marketing folks — I have learned one thing.

If a company works with a product-mindset, the product will sell itself. The roles of sales and marketing will be in helping potential users identify the products and the product will take care of the rest. If users are happy and see tangible benefits, there’s a high chance they’d decide to choose an annual subscription half-way through their trial period.

Ubercirlce is certainly a brand with a product-mindset and has got an immense potential to become a SaaS superhero.

Ubercircle enables you to connect and post to the specific board on your Pinterest account.

You can schedule content across your social media channels and monitor the performance through the dashboard. The calendar helps you get an overview of all that you have scheduled.

You can spend a day to schedule your content and need not worry about your social media content for months!

The repost frequency feature helps you reuse the content for a set frequency for as many days as you want. Cool isn’t it?

Other features that are sure to catch your attention are:

  • Ability to tag location and people while scheduling your Instagram posts
  • Including the first comment while scheduling your posts
  • Plan and schedule of Instagram stories
  • Save post captions and reuse
  • Custom reports to monitor performance

I guess over 75k+ users of Ubercircle would have stuck to this tool because of such brilliant features!

The Pricing Plan — Let’s see what the numbers look like

I am always concerned about investing in a SaaS product as my brand is owned and managed by myself. So, I have a budget and must ensure that these platforms do not rip a hole in my pocket.

But, Ubercircle was pocket-friendly. For the value you derive from the platform, the pricing seemed quite reasonable.

They have six plans — starter, standard, premium, medium business, large business, and enterprise. The number of social accounts that you can connect and the feature bundle on each plan are generous.

Go ahead and pick a plan that best suits your needs!

Your network of support system — A real support staff, Guides, and resources

Ubercircle has a smart and proactive team of support personnel who can help you with almost any silly question that you might have. The people and the repository of rich support documentation and video resources helped me beat sulking around without peers to help me manage my personal brand’s social presence.

What’s brewing at Ubercircle now?

Intrigued by the concept of Ubercircle, I connected with the founder on LinkedIn. In a candid conversation about expressing my experience with Ubercircle, I asked him about what’s cooking up for the next launch. Here’s the excerpt from his response:

Instagram auto activity, enables auto-like, auto-follow, auto-remove followers, auto comment, etc.

Instagram Direct Messaging.

Here’s why Kiran thinks Ubercircle has an edge over the giants in the market.

Here are some unique benefits of Ubercircle — saving Captions and reusing it, image editor support, 1–1 customer support, and more. There is also a bundle of integrations that Ubercircle supports some of which include Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, and Disignbolt.

Ubercircle looks promising and is most likely to join the wave of Indian SaaS super-heroes!

So that was my detailed review of the Ubercircle tool. I am sure if you are a social media manager, an entrepreneur, a brand manager, or a compulsive Instagrammer — Ubercircle is here to make social media more fun!

You don’t have to take my word for it. Go ahead and take a spin and see the difference for yourself. You will be elated with your experience, and who knows you might switch from your current clunky tool to Ubercircle, right away!
