The Product Manager’s role is difficult to understand — there are no set guidelines and you may step on a lot of toes. It can be strategic one day, as you build the five-year roadmap, or it can be unplanned and tactical the next, as you roll-up for sleeves and draw-up a wireframe. No wonder then, that a lot of folks within the organization often misunderstand what ‘PM’ stands for. Some of my favourites over the year have been what you’re reading here.
