Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) work the same way; the hardest things about both is avoiding the temptation to make them into a glorified “to do” list.

Translating features, initiatives, projects, and deliverables back into the reasons why goes against much of our training, but it pays huge dividends when autonomous teams find better solutions to the problems we put in front of them.
