ONE THING on Labor Day

We're coming up to Labor Day in the USA, a holiday when workers can have a rest and some can have a BBQ. It makes me think about product work in general. Product is such a cross-functional leadership role, it has to be harder over Zoom.

Or is it? How have product people coped over the last 1.5 years? Do you want to go back to the office? Or remain in your pajamas? Tell me what you’ve learned.
