ONE THING on OKRs and Ethics

This reminded me of multiple studies showing that Facebook actually makes its users unhappy, something I’m sure the very data-oriented folks at the company know.

Are these problems unique to Facebook, or is it something about focusing exclusively on revenue or metrics like Monthly Active Users (MAU)?

In my mind, being ethical is thinking longer term. When you set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), consider the long-term wellbeing of your company and its customers. What do you think?
