When others are agreeing, one stakeholder is silent

  • Deliverables are agreed on but no names or dates are assigned

  • A stakeholder agrees in the meeting but communicates something different later

Any of these behaviors should prompt you to verify that you’ve truly reached alignment by probing for any remaining doubts.
