When there are so many digital channels (and distractions), it can be easy for people to be sidetracked, ignore you, forget things, etc. What can you do to keep yourself from burning out? We recently worked on such a project, redesigning an app related to a kid’s robot kit. Also, we’ll shed some light on the challenges we faced overall while testing with kids.

I kid you not that’s actually a keyword out of the PCI data security standard that you have to meet if you take credit cards that is not defined. Instead we offer them things like free food because they’re always hungry. I bet we could offer them candy bars it’s sort of like free food. I have to fill this out.

Nick’s kids came up with “surprises” for him whenever we hit another thousand registrations milestone—Getting faced with a pie, eating hot chillis, wearing non-Steelers related football shirts—ouch, (I heard that one was the hardest)! Pulse Everywhere was free, Pulse is not.
