Negotiate your wage!?—?a practical guide for women Being a manager who also happens to be a woman, I have experienced first hand the difference between men and women in their approach to salary talks. I have seen a lot of mistakes done by women in negotiations for their salary. Either it’s the yearly raise negotiation talk or a “what’s your ideal wage” question in an interview, it’s much more common for women to diminish themselves and make some mistakes.
