After years of struggle, I’m advising all of my clients and product leader coachees to stop using the term “MVP”. Support needs installation guides, training sessions, FAQs, bug reporting categories. Here is one set of replacements: “Problem validation” or “Concept test” ( NON-REVENUE ). Goal/questions: will X work?
