Especially in enterprise/B2B, sales teams may have only a handful of major active accounts, each carrying a lot of revenue. Instead, I usually defer to the VPE/CTO on the bigger efficiency question, and focus on prioritization choices captured in the roadmap. A lumpy pipeline that depends on closing some specific deals.
