It was 2007, which I realized is 13 years ago, which feels like a very long time. But back, but yeah, I mean, back-to-back in like 2007-2008 timeframe, I actually acquired a small ad network. On the casino side what we developed was a machine which allowed you to play on four roulette wheels simultaneously. Which was then implemented in 2007. Lots of really smart people, and in fact a big coincidence was that the head of business development at Boo.com was my CEO at the gaming company, Inspired. And defensibility.

So you’ve come in and you’ve been running annual conferences since 2007, and then bi annual conferences since 2014, when you launched the EU as well as the US conference. In 2007, we launched Highrise; we launched a new product every year for like four or five years, basically. Basecamp was able to fund the development of hey. And on the other hand, there’s this there’s this liability of what you refer to as a 3000 odd size delivery development team. And that was exciting.

They didn’t feel good for the first almost three years Compete, and we sold Compete in 2007 to a company WPP a London based giant. So you have field, inside, BDRs (business development representatives), ADRs (account development reps), CSMs (customer service Managers), etc all these acronyms that we all know.

But my personal journey is a developer to CEO.
