Our customers wanted to be able to easily see which categories or brands are being promoted by what campaigns, ad sets, and ads. Given our non-existing experience with Shape Up, we decided to “play by the book” and go with a 6-week cycle. We also had weekly wrap-up meetings which was a reserved time for demos and retrospectives.
