I started my career as a softwareengineer. Ideally, this outcome is a two-way negotiation between an executive at the company, often a chief product officer, a chief design officer, a CTO, and the cross-functional product team. Training and education and books need to be accessible.
And if you actually do that, you know, what I described also sounds a lot like good softwareengineering practice. Things like education where there’s multiple stakeholders – the parent, the teacher, the student – each of these requires domain expertise, requires careful thought, requires a lot of work.
