They were going to download the app and use it, but not necessarily subscribe. You see people downloading, that’s good. Looking at the personas helped us define our product strategy as well as the content strategy. We saw a massive flow of users, but they were not all necessarily our target audience.

You didn’t just “survey users,” you used that survey data to make recommendations, and one of those recommendations improved a KPI or led to a big deal, which better illustrates the meaningful impact of those actions, not that you just took them.
