New softwareengineers quickly learn that a lot of complexity arises from error handling. Support teams get a lot of repeated inbound questions, which get tedious to answer. We took an off-the-shelf Python search engine and built another test bot that could answer our own inbound support queries.

There’s inbound hiring and there’s outbound hiring. Inbound hiring is when the candidate comes to you. So, if you put up a job post on LinkedIn then that’s a form of inbound hiring as these candidates need to proactively apply to be considered for the job. Outbound hiring is the opposite. is only 5%.
